Hello,
My PC experienced black screens under heavy usage (gaming), with fans stopping completely. After powering off or using the power button, it would restart normally but the GPU fans would cease. Once back on, the system booted without issues, though the GPU wouldn’t appear. I removed the GPU to test onboard graphics and it worked again.

During OCCT’s 3D Standard test, as the GPU workload increased, the PCIe voltage dropped to 11.048 V at 82°C. I didn’t push the test to the point of GPU failure, as I’m unsure if permanent damage occurred. The VS550 PSU is low-end, so it might be the cause, but I want to confirm before replacing the power supply.

The motherboard shows normal voltages, dropping only to 11.8 under load.
GPU voltage readings from OCCT are:

A 7-year-old PSU with just a 3-year warranty is not very reliable. Even Corsair isn't confident about it, and I believe the minimum should be 5 years. If you're not dealing with the current issue, you'd probably want a new PSU for any future upgrades like new core hardware or the GTX 1060. Still, it looks like the main problem is low voltage readings. The system would shut down under voltage protection until the PSU was fully drained, which would still cause the condition to persist.
