No mobile device, Ryzen processors can't use DDR3 RAM. Switch to DDR4 and any B450 or X470 board will function properly.

You should look for an AM4 motherboard with a 300 series chipset or better.
Edit: noticed the DDR3 specs—can't find a compatible motherboard for that setup.
