I planned to boost the RAM on my gaming PC with a Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB DDR4 3200MHz (2x8GB) setup. I'm uncertain if my motherboard can handle it—MSI A320M PRO-VD/S is listed, but I also checked the Kingston page. Additionally, I found an option on the Kingston website for a similar model. My current build includes a R5 1400, GTX 1060 (6GB), and one 8GB DDR4-2400 stick from Crucial.

The label indicates the supported memory speeds, not whether you need to lower the frequency. It doesn't specify an OC requirement for a particular speed.
