everyone allowed me to inquire, my friend kept debating it’s using a 32GB RAM at 3200MHz from Kingston, but it actually uses the main B365M, so I consulted the expert, the highest bus speed it can handle is 3200MHz or 2666MHz for the main chip

The RAM controller is situated within the CPU. If your CPU supports 3200MHz RAM, it should work. The compatibility also relies on the motherboard's PCB layout. Which CPU and motherboard are you using? You can check the motherboard manufacturer's site to verify RAM compatibility.
