I checked various options and it seems you won’t be able to upgrade the RAM on your Lenovo IdeaPad 15 14ITL05. The system is locked to the original 8 GB configuration, and there’s no available part or method to add more RAM yourself. You might need to consider replacing the entire motherboard or using a different device if you really need more memory.

The memory chips are permanently attached to the mainboard. If you can get a machine to remove and reattach new chips, it might be worth considering. However, this isn't a practical or economical solution since we've used memory for about ten years and it remains a key issue for repair.
