Hi, I see the issue with your A320 PRO-E motherboard. It sounds like the Ethernet port failed after a month, even though everything seemed normal initially. After replacing the cable, it still didn’t work with another one. You might want to check the port connections carefully, ensure the cable is properly seated, and verify that the power supply is stable. If the problem persists, consider testing with a different Ethernet card or consulting the manufacturer’s support for further guidance.

Is your internet functioning on different devices? Have you explored alternative ports on the router?

If it's confirmed as "Truly" Dead, consider sending a return merchandise authorization. Other choices include connecting via Wi-Fi, though that may not work. Alternatively, you could use a loopback plug if you're familiar with operating one.

I might attempt to start another operating system such as Linux from a USB drive. If nothing appears on the port and the BIOS indicates the Ethernet is active, it’s possible there’s a faulty connection.

Internet connection available. If not, I haven't. I've checked all router ports.

I fixed it by gently moving it around enough so it was the port—not completely dead but still in decent shape overall.

No, I haven't tried any cables yet.
