Your motherboard already has the ASRock BIOS pre-installed, but your 5600G requires P5.00. You don’t need to downgrade your BIOS—just ensure your system supports it. Otherwise, you can run the 5600G without any changes.

It's fine to proceed; I haven't encountered any need to lower the CPU version before. The latest release should also function properly.
