Hello, I assembled my initial PC two years back and it performed well in most games. However, it faces significant challenges with certain titles even at low settings like Arma 3, newer COD games, and Cyberpunk 2077. It handled the rest of the games smoothly, but this problem bothers me a lot. During Black Ops 6, the CPU usage reaches 70-90% while the GPU and RAM stay near 40%. Across all three games I experience roughly 90-120 FPS with occasional stutters. If anyone can assist, I would really value your help!

Specs:
- Motherboard: ASUS TUF GAMING B450-PLUS II ATX AM4
- CPU: RYZEN 5 5600X (3.7GHz)
- GPU: RTX 3080 (Founders Edition)
- RAM: 32GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR4

It's a good match. Games such as Black Ops and CS:GO tend to rely more on CPU power than GPU, especially with competitive configurations. For the best performance, consider a 5700X3D for $200 if you want to compare your setup. Otherwise, have fun!

It seems your system is running low on resources. Consider reducing settings that heavily strain the CPU, such as crowd density. Boosting graphics options can also shift more processing to the GPU. If needed, upgrading to a faster CPU might be the best solution.

Arma 3 works well, but it tends to struggle with CPU and memory delays, especially during big battles or multiplayer sessions. COD offers better performance if you prioritize smooth frames over high graphics. Cyberpunk 2077 is best when you boost the NPC settings to the maximum.

To verify real-time behavior, observe the Frametime over GPU Busy chart within the PresentMon overlay. When Frametime aligns with GPU Busy, the GPU receives the required frame data. If GPU Busy starts to decrease and drift from Frametime, it indicates a limitation on the GPU.

2 or 4 pieces, which velocity? Uncertain if it needs toughing in Arma 3 unless there are mods or special features in the game. Arma 3 came out in 2013, and 5600x launched in 2020.

For games built with DX12, consider switching to DX11 when it's an alternative choice.

You're currently utilizing the Corsair Vengeance Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB RAM, which consists of two 16 GB modules connected via DDR4-3600 CL18 technology.

It's odd you find it hard to play Arma 3 since its 2013 release. What BIOS version do you have? Have your chipset drivers been updated?
