I aimed for a 500 USD budget PC. 11400 looks like a solid option at 200 USD, but other parts are pushing my limits, so I chose H510 (98 USD) over B560 (140 USD). I wanted to find out if I could get the full power from an H510 with MCE enabled. Edited June 8, 2021 by Star_Buster007

I'm not sure if MCE is supported on those motherboards since it's often seen as overclocking. You can go without it without any issues. The 11400 will perform well with the standard settings. If you're on a tight budget, spending around $50 on other components like an SSD or RAM would be wise.
