Board offers an easy light system to indicate issues. CPU lights first, then DRAM. Could be a mistake—I should look for an 8th generation CPU for a BIOS update? Good news, I have a GPU, so the problem isn’t there.

Suggest reinserting the RAM first, otherwise try reseating the CPU. Check nearby computer stores for BIOS updates.
