I’m reconsidering my power supply after learning about the 5800x3d upgrade. Since I mainly play games like World of Warcraft at 1080p and CS:GO, with a new video release highlighting the benefits of 3D caching for CS2, I’m worried about the PSU quality. My current setup includes a 700W GD Gold PSU from 2022, which should handle the load. I also have a 2TB NVMe drive, 512GB RAM, and a case with six RGB fans. The question is whether the 700W will suffice for four years or if I should be cautious. Also, should I upgrade to the newest BIOS or stick with the latest one for this model? Thanks for your time.

If you had chosen a budget no-name bronze rated PSU, you'd probably have more concerns... but since you're using an EVGA unit, you should be okay—at least according to my experience. I've used their PSUs for years without any issues. I aim to leave some breathing room in my builds; for example, my current setup shows 900W on PCPP while I built with a 1300W.
Yours looks around 475W, so the 700W should be fine.
I am using bios version 1.2.0.7 right now. The PSU has not caused any problems; it operates quietly and appears very efficient given its price. I chose to purchase it since it was only $80 on sale (CAD). Thanks for your assistance!

It's acceptable, not exceptional. It should work well for a midrange setup. The main issue would arise with higher-end PSUs that handle large transient loads, as FSP's PSUs for EVGA are quite aggressively priced, using active-clamp reset forward topology. They're better than some older models but still don't match the top quality options. With a 6750XT it seems manageable, though I wouldn't recommend purchasing this particular PSU.
