I attempted various online fixes but none worked effectively. The attempt to save the group policy update ended up with a long error message and failed to persist. I plan to run this on the hardware with OC and then proceed with selling the DS4P.
I just restarted and chose a full install; it worked without issues. The gpedit wasn't saving properly, so I completed the installation manually. It didn’t retry the full setup until now—last night I left it open for an hour and it made no progress at all. Maybe the problem was using 4.7g bench stable instead of the recommended 4.45g.

It seems there isn't a direct equivalent of Sudo in Windows. Therefore, user privileges would need to be assigned to the specific account being used.
