Hi, sorry if my English is not clear.
I have an GTX 1080ti Asus Strig.
If you remove the main GPU heatsink, it looks like this.
And according to internet sources, the NZXT Kraken G12 on a GTX 1080ti would look like this.
But wait—if we go back to that image, on this part...
I wonder if I can install a Kraken G12 to take advantage of the mini VRAM heatsink?

I don't understand why not. Unless the heat sink is too long for the pump or block mount to accommodate.
In the worst scenario, you might just proceed as usual with the loose heatsinks.

I'm not sure why no one did that before. I need to buy Kraken G12 because they provide the necessary tools to install the AIO Cooler CPU into the GPU slot. I don't know if H100 Corsair can work with it, as they mentioned G12 only supports H105, H115, H75, 90, 55, 50 and not H100.

It all comes down to the specific shape of the heatsink your card uses. Back in the day when Arctic produced the G10/G12 adapter, I kept every heatsink that came with my card and still used the AIO setup—though that was for a GTX 580. You’ll need to test it out yourself.
The G12 bracket is compatible with any Asetek-style pump that includes a locking ring. When you check the marketing visuals, you’ll notice the metal shroud has visible teeth. The pump bracket will match with a set of locking teeth on a ring-shaped bracket.
I remember CoolIt making H100 and H80 pumps. Those have the square bracket design.
The most affordable option seems to be the ROG Strix LC II.
Following that, you’d look at the NZXT Kraken 240.

i think , I'm going to mount the Corsair H100 cooler directly into these two frames without anything else of Kraken G12. no need for rectangular plate and fan of Kraken G12
and of course , i will no remove this original Plate
do you think that's can work for H100 ?

I can't confirm that precisely, though I think it wouldn't be feasible. This adapter is targeting a specific Z height, while the H100 will probably differ. It's possible it could mount to the hardware without touching the GPU, or the spring-loaded CPU cooler might not have enough depth before reaching the bottom. That depends on whether the G12 bracket is M3 and fully extends—then you should be able to insert the studs or use matching M3 screws. There are still challenges if you have to adjust manually, but it shouldn't be completely impossible.
