I've had occasional crashes linked to the "radar pre leak" error in the Event Viewer. It might stem from software problems, a particular game, Windows issues, or even RAM instability. Using XMP could be a contributing factor. Is there any program that ensures complete RAM stability? Thanks.

You can definitely evaluate memory performance using tools like MemTest x86 or similar modern alternatives.
The details in your question aren't sufficient for more specific guidance.
Intel's 13th and 14th generation i7 processors experienced voltage problems that are only fixed with the newest BIOS/firmware, but such damage cannot be undone. Intel also provided extended warranties for the affected chips.

I've seen that this problem might stem from a software glitch or, more often, from unstable RAM, but because it's rare and hard to pinpoint, I'm confident the RAM is working fine.
My CPU model is i7-13700Kf, which falls into the affected group, yet I was already informed of the issue and updated promptly when a BIOS fix was released.
I also tested with the Intel Process Diagnostic Tool without any issues.
I plan to run Memtest to stress-test the RAM.
Thanks.

You can also evaluate RAM (and other components) using OCCT
https://www.ocbase.com/download
and/or
https://quickmemorytestok.en.softonic.com/
which will assess within Windows and if it fails, you'll identify the issue without Memtest.

I evaluated the RAM using two standard Memtest86 runs (each repeated four times for each of the 13 or 14 tests), along with two one-hour memory tests from OCCT and one hour of the TechPowerUp assessment. All results came back clean, indicating no issues and confirming everything is functioning properly. These were merely temporary software anomalies. Thanks.

Page file on disk may lead to RAM issues but isn't linked with specific applications.

Yes, it would be a software issue, wouldn't it?

XMP is a collection of configurations stored in RAM to ensure it operates according to its advertised parameters.
After passing the memory test with no issues, consider checking other components.
You may want to note the model numbers of all your additional devices.
A defective power supply unit can frequently cause unusual or sporadic malfunctions.

When I launch the Nvidia Control Panel after repeatedly turning G-Sync on and off (to trigger a blue screen in a game), it crashes with errors such as "0xc000041d" and ":0xc0000005" in the Event Viewer. Even though this isn’t always easy to reproduce, could this be typical? Am I just focusing too much on rare crashes caused by software issues, or is my system actually unstable? I own an I7-13700Kf/rtx 4080 Super with a Z790-A Wi-Fi motherboard, DDR5 32GB RAM, and a Corsair RM1200x SHIFT power supply.

Testing applications like that push components to or over the limit which is rarely same in normal usage so errors are more possible. So, if there are no problems during normal usage, not much to worry about.
