I own an intel i7 6700k with a deepcool captain 360 water cooler, yet my temperatures remain elevated even without overclocking. During idle, I’m around 20-25°C, but under load they rise into the 50s, which doesn’t seem right for a water cooler setup.
The temperatures are just right, actually, it would be difficult to find warmer conditions than those. On average, idle temperatures should stay between 20-35c, and under load the CPU remains safe up to 80c. Both your readings are comfortably within the normal range.
