I have gathered a selection of PC parts. I plan to utilize the system for running Stable Diffusion, LLama, conducting some local machine learning training, as well as editing images (Photoshop), videos (Davinci Resolve), and gaming.

Would you have any recommendations on adjustments or considerations?

Additionally, are there any suggestions for a PC case? I’m leaning towards a white glass model, though I’m not entirely sure. It should fall within the 100€ to 150€ range.

Here’s the list:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4.2 GHz 8-Core Processor – €369.00
CPU Cooler: Alpenföhn Brocken 4 55.326 CFM CPU Cooler – €64.90
Motherboard: MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard – €204.90
Memory: Patriot Viper Venom 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6400 CL32 – €108.90
Storage: Samsung 980 Pro 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME SSD – €161.90
Video Card: Gigabyte AERO OC GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16 GB – €959.00
Case: NZXT H9 Flow ATX Mid Tower – €192.99
Power Supply: SeaSonic FOCUS 850 W (80+ Gold Certified) – €107.48
Operating System: Microsoft Windows
Total: €2200.03 (+possible additional costs for travel from Australia)

Another possibility is evaluating the 7800x3D as unsuitable for productivity tasks like editing. Consider waiting another week or two, which may result in more 4070 Ti Super 16GB cards available in white.

I attempted to follow your suggestions and installed an ATX 3.0 PSU. I also changed the storage to a more affordable and faster model. The RAM was selected to match the AMD EXPO profiles. Concerning the Intel Core i7-13700, I noticed that the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D is recommended everywhere. It seems the performance improvements are minimal, and gaming performance is slightly reduced? Anyway, here’s my updated list! Please let me know if you have any additional comments, thank you!

For the PSU, the Thermaltake ToughPower GF3 850W ATX 3.0 would cost €126,30. I'm not sure which one to choose.

for video editing, Intel quick sync proves extremely useful. That's why both of us recommend Intel-based builds over the 7800X3D. You'll notice I have a 7800X3D in my own setup. Regarding SSDs: The Bequiet Pure Power 12, GF A3, RMe and AP-850G all received positive reviews for ATX 3.0 models. I selected the Pure Power 12 because it features 135mm quiet fans.
