I'm looking for an Acer Nitro 17.3 priced around 1200 dollars, paired with a Ryzen 5 5600h and RTX 3070. I'm unsure if the CPU and GPU will create bottlenecks. Would the GPU perform better than a 3060, or would the CPU limit the GPU? I can't find another laptop in this price range with the RTX 3070, so I'm questioning whether it's worth the investment.

The screen resolution and refresh rate are being discussed, along with the intended usage. A more powerful GPU will improve performance regardless of the specifics. For higher frame rates, a faster CPU is preferable, but for high resolution or quality gaming at lower FPS, focusing on the GPU is recommended.

I believe you won't be upset, since new releases should let you play them smoothly.
