Thank you for the details. Initially I avoided overclocking, but after reviewing more information, these chips seem to perform best with Auto mode. Most recommendations align with that. All BIOS and driver updates are current, and the chipset is up-to-date as well. At first I only added the Asus chipset drivers from their site, but later found more recent ones on AMD’s page, so I installed them on top. I haven’t done much single-core frequency testing yet, but it seems to reach around 4.2–4.3GHz. I plan to keep PBO enabled and let things run naturally. I’ll consider upgrading the cooler once I spot a good deal.
