Thank you for the feedback! I've tried these settings myself, but I haven't had any success. I'm currently using the exact configuration. Something unusual happened during the changes in the BIOS: after finishing the BIOS setup and switching to the 4060, the CSM was almost always turned back on when I switched back to my 1650 and re-entered BIOS. However, sometimes it remained disabled when switching to the 1650, and I still didn't get any signal from the 4060. //LarryMan
I've checked every port on the 4060 (2 hdmi and 2 DP) across two monitors, using three different power supplies. I also tested the setup outside the case to rule out grounding problems and considered whether the case might prevent proper cable connection. Thanks again for the advice! //LarryMan
Do you have an extra SSD available? It keeps appearing as a backup when searching for the Windows ISO of pre-24 H2, aiming for a version compatible with 23 H2 and a fresh install with the RTX 4060. You've done a good job trying various options so far. I think there might be a pattern with older Ryzen models and 24 H2. Feel free to try it if nothing else works.

Thank you for the update! I also attempted to boot from a spare SSD running Windows 10, which worked without any problems. Since that didn’t help either, I thought it might not be a Windows-related issue. I have another NVMe SSD that I suspect could run Windows 11 24 H2 as well. I’m considering a clean installation there, as it doesn’t include anything important. I was also thinking about trying 23H2, just like you suggested. What patterns have you observed with the Ryzen CPUs?
