I improved my setup from 2666mhz 16gb Corsair Venance to 3600mhz memory, but when I powered it up the Task Manager still displayed the old 2666mhz setting. When I tried adjusting voltage timings and memory frequency, the system would shut down repeatedly. I have X.M.P enabled but don’t know what to do next. Specs: Ryzen 3950X, Gigabyte B550M DS3H, Radeon 5700XT, Seasonic 750W Gold, plus PSU.
Restart the system, adjust XMP settings, and reset the BIOS. If the problem persists, it may relate to the board or memory.
