Hey everyone, I’m facing a problem with four RAM modules. Three of them are DDR3, 1600Mhz, 4GB, CL 9.9,9,9,28, but they stopped working completely. I powered off the PC fully functional and tried to restart it the next morning. When I came back, only one stick (1333Mhz, 4GB) was still operational. The other three were completely dead—no beep, just fans spinning and the case running.
I figured out that the fourth stick was different in type and size, yet it was still failing. When I tried to boot up with just that one stick, the system started without any issues. This is strange because earlier I had a RAM failure that would cause a beep and a restart right after.
I’m wondering if the issue is with one RAM module being defective or if there’s a way to fix it. If you have more details, let me know. My board is a Gigabyte X77 DH3 ATX with BIOS F16, running an Intel E3 1230 V2 Xeon, 970 GTX, and all four RAM slots are working normally at 1333Mhz. The PSU is a 530W Bequiet unit.

According to what I understand, the warranty doesn’t mention anything about transferability. I haven’t faced any problems with a vendor when purchasing something on Amazon or other marketplaces.
