You have either Fiber or DSL (phone line). I'll assume it's the latter. This should cover most common problems with port forwarding. Once the ports are open, you might want to contact your ISP to confirm they can see them open. If not, they can guide you further based on your device. The way Port Forwarding menus look on routers differs a lot.
The port forwarding page appears as expected. You can share a screenshot of your setup for reference.
You can locate the settings by checking your device options or using a web browser to access the router interface. These steps should help you find the configuration without needing advanced modem knowledge.
Yep, the bottom button says "Custom Services," but it seems you already have a Minecraft service on your global NAT settings. Is ProdigyZero your machine? It's odd since I don't have any of those services, yet I'm in passthrough mode which might miss it. On that page, skip the custom service option and look for the Minecraft service in the "Service" list. If you spot it, click "Service Details" and share a screenshot of that step.
I didn't see "Microsoft Service" anywhere, but I know ProdigyZero is running on your PC.
You're looking for a way to access the Minecraft service in the Custom Services section. Share a screenshot of that area as requested.
