Looking for a fresh PC tailored for professional digital content production, including 4K work. Gaming is a nice extra. I’m not very experienced with selecting components myself, so I chose options that seemed suitable within a budget of around £2000 to £3000.
Is this configuration offering good value? Can it handle about 99% of DCC tasks and remain adaptable for the next few years? If not, what adjustments would be necessary?

Appreciate your time and any input beforehand.
Which SSDs are you planning to use for the boot drive? Also, are there any indications about a cooler being included for the 13900K?
If you need a mechanical HDD because of the requirement for a larger size, it’s important to choose at least a 7200RPM model. A 5400 RPM drive will be much slower.
You won’t have to install a network card since most modern boards, including the Z790, already come with integrated NICs. I’d also suggest replacing the Gaming X AX with the Aorus Elite AX, which is roughly ten dollars more but offers better overall performance and supports higher memory speeds. You might want to consider a system that can handle 6400-7000MT/s instead of sticking with slower options.
The H100i (240mm) may be too small for your CPU. A 280mm model would be preferable, though a 360-420mm option could also work well. At the very least, a solid 280mm model seems suitable if you’re planning an AIO.
When checking parts in your area, PC Partpicker shows options that fit your budget with little adjustment needed. It doesn’t include a case, so it’s likely you already have one or can stretch your budget slightly.

I would suggest a 12 core 24 thread all performance cores CPU like the 7900X.
the 4090 would be the best choice for 4k DCC with the 24gb Vram.
Included a 10 gbps ntwork card if you want. the mobo has a 2.5gbps LAN port.
I would also suggest this mounting bracket along with the cooler:
