The chance of pulling a faulty card from the box is very low. Having two cards in the box is almost impossible. I’d still verify which port on your pump base is the inlet and outlet.

The markings are hidden by the fittings, but the Reddit photo indicates the inlet is near the camera in your image.

Here are some alternative phrasings of your points:

1. If you haven't already, make sure your BIOS is current. DDR5 can be quite sensitive, and recent updates have improved RAM compatibility.
2. Using your IGUI monitor seems unusual with a 7900XTX; I’d recommend removing it. The performance impact of adding a second monitor isn’t significant, and it might just add extra strain on the CPU.
3. In your current setup, the GPU is losing liquid downward, which is likely causing air bubbles. A better approach would be to direct water flow upward through the components—similar to how a waterfall works. If you change your design, double-check all connections.

BIOS is currently up to date, although I've experienced some RAM problems after assembling this setup. After a few revisions, things have stabilized. I have four monitors, though the fourth (a Wacom Cintiq) tends to be inactive. I also noticed the side monitor that flickered was connected to the GPU, not the internal components, which affects the situation. I plan to revise my original post. It seems there are no air bubbles—my leakshield deaeration tests have shown clear results, and I can't see any air pockets in the waterblock. However, I'll rearrange things during my next loop rebuild.

I've tested several cables, unfortunately. It seems to occur with both monitors.
