I'm testing an i5 6600k with a Cryorig R1 Universal in a silverstone Primera case, featuring three 140mm front intakes and one 140mm rear exhaust fan. What are the recommended safe limits for overclocking during gaming and for everyday use to maintain good performance? I currently run at around 4.5ghz with stable temperatures, but the settings were copied from someone else, so I want advice on whether going above that is possible or advisable.

You're free to adjust the output as much as needed, provided temperatures remain under 80 and voltage stays below 1.4v. Each component has slightly varying maximum output capabilities.
