Check if the game has a restart option or support for a 'dead' state. Contact support if it's unresponsive.

It was just a test version before it was stopped. Even if you manage to launch it, the experience might be limited.
It's mostly a trial at most. I still found it enjoyable to play, even with the rewards for winning characters in the game.
