The connection isn’t working with the current Ethernet port. You might need to install new Windows or swap the motherboard for a Z590. Decide if you should file a return if necessary.

I think RMA is the optimal choice moving forward. The LEDs—whether green, orange, or another color based on speed—I should connect to an Ethernet cable from the router or internet. It seems the port isn’t working properly.

The issue is that returning it would delay my computer until the motherboard is replaced. I don’t have another Z490 board besides the one I’m currently using.
