I attempted to resolve an Ethernet issue by removing the Realtek Ethernet driver, not the software itself. I was advised to restart the system to restore defaults, but that didn’t work. Now the device isn’t present, and I need guidance.

Reinstall the drivers, and they should appear again if working properly. They might be listed as an unrecognized device elsewhere on the system.

I haven’t located it anywhere. If you remember my previous update, it disappeared once more.

Find a compatible driver for your setup. If you're using the same motherboard as your mother, locate the correct controller driver and reinstall it.

Could the problem stem from a motherboard issue, and is your device still covered under warranty?
