I just acquired a Sapphire Pulse 7900XT on sale here, and my 4070 is in decent shape, so I should be able to earn a solid profit from it.
I looked at the outervisions PSU calculator, which indicated plenty of headroom even with multiple USB devices, light strips, and four case fans running.
I'm looking forward to installing it in my system, which currently uses an RM750X from Corsair. It's 80+ gold, highly rated, and was rated A tier recently.
Still, I'm a bit uncertain about relying on the calculator's numbers. While it's accurate, it doesn't factor in sudden load spikes. If I'm worried about hitting power limits often, I'd prefer to keep the 7900XT in its box.
My setup includes a large case with good ventilation, and my R7 5800X3D has 32GB DDR4-3200, B550-A Strix, two NVME drives, two monitors, six case fans running at moderate speeds, plus some Corsair ARGB light strips and external USB devices. The calculator suggested a maximum load of about 568 watts.

Everything looks good. Sapphire suggests a minimum of 750w, which is a safe choice. Card uses about 331w and peaks at 413w. Your processor uses only around 120w, plus maybe a little extra. Your estimates seem accurate, you'll still have plenty of power to work with, and your RMX remains a solid option.
