The motherboard appears to get warm during gaming. I checked Corsair iCUE and an open hardware monitor, but the readings differ slightly. During a recent game, temperatures exceeded 60 degrees, which is too high. I’m curious about what the temperature numbers mean on the monitor—are there separate readings for different parts of the board? In my case, the highest reading on the black image was the one that rose the most. Could temperature #6 be a CPU sensor? Anyone know which readings should stay below 60 degrees, or if all are acceptable? My board is an ASRock B650m Pro4.
Since we can't confirm the sensor locations or temperature readings, I recommend checking the maximum temperatures they display. If they suddenly rise, investigate further. In your situation, it would be wise to track those readings regularly and address any unusual spikes promptly.
