Hey everyone, my girlfriend just got a prebuilt from Newegg and I suspect the BIOS might be corrupted. It’s showing an error when she boots up. She bought it from newegg.ca, so I think they’ll handle the packaging and return process once they get in touch. How do you think newegg.ca compares to newegg.com in terms of customer service?

Checked for GPU or graphics issues. Tried various cables and resetting the GPU to see if that resolved the problem.

Sure, we replaced the GPU; maybe the monitor should do the trick. It came out of a box and was heading toward dead pixels, so we’ve already placed another one soon. We’ll connect another screen tomorrow to check it out. Thanks!

After startup, does the display function properly? If yes, consider testing with a different monitor; the BIOS might be attempting to utilize a resolution or refresh rate not compatible with that screen.

Seems to be a hardware problem, possibly related to graphics card, screen output, or cables. A faulty BIOS could stop the system from turning on completely.

It seems the project involves the DP setup. HDMI functions properly. I believe it will turn into this open monitor we received recently—this new model arrives in a day or two.
