So, I'm trying to order some stuff from Amazon for my laptop for school (ssd, mouse and OS) and I've found this deal on Amazon. Seller seems legit to me, with one negative feedback which plopped up today. Thoughts?

It's mostly still a grey market product, usually priced similarly to legitimate options. This could even be available at retail. My friend doesn't have much experience with finding such details.
