They won’t break any overclocking records, yet a CPU with a poor cooler wouldn’t perform well even at default temperatures. A separate cooler would work better, though the built-in one is acceptable.

It’s acceptable but improving temperatures and sound would come from a $30 cooler. Do you truly require 32GB of RAM? You might also consider a more affordable SSD like the 970 Evo or WD SN570.
