I've encountered some strange issues lately, especially when starting Red Dead Redemption 2. At times, parts of NPCs, horses, or wagons seem to load in front of me and then vanish as I move back. I have a video link on Reddit with an example of this problem. In the footage, when you examine the cowboy's holster, it appears to shift position with each movement. This is just one small part of the bigger issue I'm facing. While I do experience pop-ups within the game, possibly shared by others, I seem to have more frequent problems where certain character or model elements fail to load correctly or disappear unexpectedly.

You can watch the example here: https://www.reddit.com/r/PCRedDead/comme...d_shadows/

In Cyberpunk 2077, minor details tend to appear only at the last moment and sometimes vanish completely if I move a few feet. Other issues include animations that skip abruptly—characters jumping from standing to eating or taking a bite without completing the full motion. If I'm in a car or on a motorcycle and encounter pop-ups from streetlights, railings, or yellow crosswalks, it becomes overwhelming. I'm unsure whether these problems stem from my PC or the games themselves, particularly with Cyberpunk 2077.

It's worth noting that these issues have been ongoing on my old PC for a couple of months. Recently, I upgraded to a new tower (Phanteks P500A) and changed my graphics card from an Nvidia FE 3090 to an EVGA FTW 3090. I performed a fresh Windows installation and used DDU before installing the new card. I ran MemTest64, which completed all four passes without errors. My games are currently installed on a 1TB Samsung Evo Plus drive, so memory shouldn't be a major concern.

At this stage, I'm not sure what to do and am open to any advice or suggestions.

To be fair, Cyberpunk 2077 was and still is a mess.
Red Dead is usually solid, but every once and a while suffers from weird glitches like that. Aside from waiting for a patch from Rockstar, tweaking the settings, and rolling back your graphics driver a release or two, there's not much else to do.

It seems you're not considering it to be a PC issue at all. That's nice to hear and might explain why it emerged unexpectedly. Thanks!

Yeah, similar issues like pop-ins and other glitches are usually the game's fault, though sometimes the drivers might be to blame.
