Check the label—there’s a Connect button below the IP address, and since it’s on the WAN IP address, you should press it.

You should check the router's interface for the yellow button near the IP address settings. Pressing it might help. You're only seeing MAC addresses in the WAN section, and nothing else appears.

It might cause issues since the device isn't linked to the WAN IP, making communication with Router 1 difficult.

So you are in the System Info section of the router? In a manual for a similar router from that manufacturer, there should be a little > icon on the bottom right of the system info box that you can click. This should then give you more info allowing you to see a section for WAN Information
