I've had this 5800x3d for about a month. I've picked up some oddities and am trying to figure out if it's due to binning or something else. It's supposed to reach 4550 MHz, but mine only goes up to 4450 MHz—just 100 MHz short of the rest. Also, it doesn't seem to be drawing as much voltage compared to others online, which might explain why my gaming rig handles better. My Cinibench R23 score is low too; most 5800x3d scores are about 2000 points higher than mine. Could it be CPU binning? Did I miss out on something important?
Have you adjusted PBO/CO in BIOS? It could resolve the issue and improve performance. Good idea to verify.
