My 12700k showed a 5-degree boost at idle and around 10-15 degrees under load. I noticed slower rises to peak temperatures and fewer spikes. My readings stayed steady during load, unlike the 5% drops seen without the frame. Edit: The 14700k has more cores and tends to run hotter—definitely a big improvement.
This device isn't great, and the 240 isn't sufficient for a Lava Lake CPU. You can get an Arctic LF3 360 for around 80-100 dollars and it offers more features. It also comes with a contact frame.
