Please. Punctuation. Use it. Man, for someone as native english speaker I would assume better. Anyway, only way to make smaller image bigger, or in this case wider, is to stretch it. So black bars will be a thing, either in your end or you viewers end. If its any newer game you can run it in windowed mode and with 16:9 resolution and stream it like that, in my knowledge.
