I discovered server hopping can cut the wait time from 20 minutes to just 2 minutes. I played for several hours last night—it has all the typical early-game issues, but nothing that breaks the game. It’s worth checking out if you have friends to join. *edit* I and a friend were actually in that line last night; things got chaotic before I left, with everyone rushing the queue at once.
Problems caused by insufficient draw calls can likely be resolved with DX12.
