You're missing your power supply until at least Monday. You planned to set up Windows 8.1 and use the integrated graphics on your Pentium, then install drivers for your graphics card—Radeon HD 7950 for general use and GTX 480 for CUDA and folding. If you switch to an AMD GPU, will Quick Sync remain functional since you already have Intel drivers? Or does it need a separate application? This is your first time getting a non-Atom Intel iGPU, so everything feels a bit confusing.
