On the computer it isn't feasible, though it's likely you could attempt signing in from the side.

From what I understand, the Xbox game app and/or Windows Store need to be logged in using that account, though it doesn’t necessarily have to be the main Windows login. Be aware that saved games are probably linked to the same account as well.

Some individuals share their passwords so clients can access the game. To play, they use their personal accounts, which helps avoid detection by Microsoft. I’m not sure if this works.
