Hi. Here’s a revised version of your message:

Hello. My entire story follows this timeline: It's been precisely two years since I purchased my pre-built PC. The hardware specs are average—some may notice the low-quality PSU, but does it really matter? Can a PSU impact my overall FPS? From what you can see, my system is performing flawlessly for this game without any issues. Of course, there might be something else at play. You can check these videos for more insight: one shows the setup, and another discusses similar concerns. I understand some people think it could be related to my hard drive or background programs. I’ve kept my PC clean from dust and software updates, and I haven’t experienced any virus problems. I’m also planning to upgrade to an SSD soon. Thanks for your help!

That's an interesting inquiry! I'll take 15 minutes to record and upload the results. I'm eager to see how it turns out. Your friend's setup includes an i7-4770, 8GB RAM, and a GPU identical to yours. Although the manufacturer differs slightly, the GPU remains the same. Yet he hasn't encountered anything comparable before—still, his performance is quite smooth compared to what I've experienced. We're playing the same server, using the same style, everything matches perfectly... His gameplay feels remarkably fluid, almost like it's from GTA:SA.

It's consistent with a frame rate between 77 and 100. I couldn't move the mouse at all. I don't understand why. Also, I wasn't able to adjust the resolution in-game on my native device—1920x1080. The max was around 1050. Regardless, it seems the FPS in singleplayer is normal and stable. Recorded using ShadowPlay. Raw video, no edits.

I've already placed an order. The Kingston UV400 120GB is what I ordered, though I realize it might not be the best size. Most people advise avoiding 120GB models whenever possible. I hope I could get a 240GB one someday, but my finances are tight right now. It should arrive this Tuesday, but I'm not sure it'll make much of a difference. Because... if everyone else in this gaming scene who still have decent PCs plays smoothly and everything works fine, then what could really cause such frustrating lag? Is it the power supply, hard drive, or even the graphics card? At first I blamed my GPU the most because I noticed it's acting much worse than expected. It seems like a major bottleneck for my CPU. It consistently underperformed by double the amount I expected. For example, when I played BF Hardline on high settings with an x900, I downloaded the game and kept the same graphics options as shown in the video. My FPS dropped to just 30 frames per second with huge fluctuations. While someone on YouTube was streaming at 60fps without any issues, my experience was completely different. This is just one small case. If I play Fortnite... I usually set it to medium settings at 1080p and get around 55 FPS, with noticeable drops when moving around the map or when I die. The screen freezes briefly, making it really frustrating. Even though others say my PC is decent, I don't think that's true given these performance problems. It's just barely tolerable.

I located a gameplay clip he recorded while he streamed live on Discord. At the top-right, his FPS stayed steady without any interruptions. He explained that streaming affects performance due to stress and unstable internet, which could cause drops. It was crucial for him to maintain zero interruptions during play. Although we share the same GPU and RAM, he performed better on CPU. Still, my PC needs to handle this game smoothly even with demanding graphics settings—recorded using NVIDIA Shadowplay. P.S. I’ll share another video once I find one from someone with an i5-3750 and GTX 750 (not Ti).

He’s exactly who I expected—GTX750 setup with a lot of powerful ENB modifications. And still, there are no any stuttering issues.

It has arrived! I haven’t finished testing it yet. I’m planning to reinstall Windows tomorrow on this SSD, and I’ll share the results here once everything is set up. P.S. It sticks out because there’s almost no room left inside—it’s a big mess of cables, and my case is too small for this.
