I had the same issue. I ended up having to contact support and the gave me the proper link. Here's the link. http://shop.ubi.com/NVIDIAFC4 I'm guessing we're just picking the wrong one.
I resolved the issue by using the link from Nvidia. After refreshing and clearing the page, the problem disappeared since the box was actually vanishing. If you time it just right, you can prevent the page from disappearing before entering the promo code field. I’m still puzzled about why this occurred.
