I purchased the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth USB dongle (Gembrid NICW-U5) but noticed only version 7 is available. Can I enable version 10 support for it?

Link to the dongle page is provided. Regarding Bluetooth adapters, I haven’t found one that works without issues on Windows 10 or 8 out of the box. Since Windows 8, Microsoft has significantly improved their Bluetooth support. It’s possible drivers are already available or they should install automatically via Windows Update. You might have had success with earlier versions like Vista, especially for certain devices such as a CMIU chip PCI audio card. If you don’t see driver installation, check if Windows Update includes them, or consider older Windows 7 options.

I've tested both Windows 7 and Windows 8 drivers, but none functioned properly. The installation completes without issues, yet the device remains unrecognized and non-operational. Would switching the operating system language to English help?

You might attempt to pull drivers from their packages and insert them via Device Manager
