Hello, for your Corsair ONE i160 I’m looking to upgrade the RAM. I’m unsure which type fits and if it’s possible. I was considering the VENGEANCE® LPX 64GB kit (two 32GB modules). If anyone has advice or can assist with this, I’d really appreciate it! My CPU is Intel Core i9-9900K, motherboard is Z370 Mini-ITX, and I have a link to the product page.

Upgrading a Corsair One requires caution due to its compact design. The need for 64GB RAM is questionable; most programs won’t benefit much, especially games. A 32GB capacity is usually sufficient for AAA games. Unless you’re using AutoCAD or similar software or hosting multiple virtual machines on it, increasing from 32GB to 64GB likely won’t provide noticeable improvements.

I don't know if the options will appear after installing the RAM. Right now, your BIOS doesn't display anything related to the RAM you have.

All that appears indicates a 32GB storage limit for a 2-slot board using the Z370 chipset. With four DIMM slots available, a 4x16GB configuration would be possible, whereas only two 16GB slots exist.

The 2x32 RAM slot might not fit your system, but the chip information suggests it supports higher capacities.

The Z370 chipset supports up to 64GB of RAM, though it needs four DIMMs to reach that capacity. It’s unclear what motherboard you have, but the two-slot Z370 boards I checked only handle 16GB per slot. Choosing a smaller configuration has its downsides.
