I question whether the feature (core unlocking or Advanced Clock Calibration) exists in that board's BIOS. Isn't this a non-retail board? It seems to be an OEM product—could it be Gateway?

The bios does not include an overclock option, or I couldn't locate it.

Nope. That is a simplified BIOS, not designed for what you want to do. In all honesty, there's not much use OC'ing the slow old dual core anyway. Without an unlocked multiplier, you'd have to do it all with the base clock. And that would gain you minimal performance increase. Besides, that board doesn't look like it would hold up to OC'ing the CPU. Probably why they left those features out.
