Hello, your Dell 7567 runs with 16GB DDR4 RAM and a few other components. You mention stable performance in most games but experience occasional stuttering and FPS drops, even at lower settings. Adding another 16GB of RAM might help, especially with dual-channel configuration, but it depends on your GPU and overall system balance.

It's fine if you're interested in trying it.

It assisted my laptop in cutting down stutters, but I upgraded from 8 to 16GB with dual-channel. That change might further ease stuttering.

I genuinely believed using dual channel boosts performance by 5% to 10%.

It offers ample capacity. However, you're using only one channel which reduces your bandwidth to half. This might improve performance significantly. You might also want to verify if the frame buffer on that card is full, see if it's paging to RAM, and check temperatures. It could actually provide much more benefit. The range of 8 to 16 seems to point to a storage gap. Stutter might vary, making it hard to trace back to the memory, but at 16GB I believe it's sufficient.

I decided to take the chance and purchased 16 GB. The results are impressive. Appreciate the advice!
