Check if your MS 7728 board supports a GTX 1060 OC 3GB RAM. Your Medion board is older, but compatibility depends on the board's specifications. If the board is outdated, it might not handle modern GPUs well.

The limitation comes from the CPU quality. A slower model with fewer cores, such as a Pentium on the socket, performs worse. You’ll still capture more frames, but your performance will be limited by the 3GB RAM and CPU capacity. Which power supply unit should you choose?

The CPU is managing quite well, almost reaching its goal. Which power supply are you using?

It's unclear which model you're referring to. It seems to be a Medion pre-built device, but more details would help identify it.

It's advisable to verify the issue; if it's a poo PSU, discard it immediately. Even without upgrading the GPU.
