Is a 400w power supply sufficient for the Ryzen 1400? Can it be overclocked to some degree? The system specs include a Gigabyte AB350M ATX motherboard, GTX1060 graphics card, 3GB RAM, and 120mm fans. The memory is an 8GB DDR4 module. The PSU link provided is here.

12V@30A 360W model is performing poorly, showing signs of low quality. If you're considering a similar unit for your new parts, I recommend opting for a more reliable budget option. After spending around $20, here are the details:

Power Supply:
Corsair - CX (2017) 450W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Price: $23.98 (Newegg)
Total: $23.98 including shipping and taxes

Alternatively,
Corsair - TXM Gold 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Price: $49.99 (Newegg)
