This result looks very low. Which voltage is it actually measuring during the stress test? I typically use CPUZ for that. The BIOS, based on its settings, might be adjusting voltages in unexpected ways. If you haven't checked the calibration details, load line settings could be affecting things significantly. I haven’t used XTU before, but I’d also run AIDA64 for at least 16 hours, and I always do a final 24-hour check myself. AIDA64 will evaluate all CPU parts and stress the RAM controller as well. First, determine the actual voltage under load with CPUZ, then I’d try AIDA64.
